• Because of its lightness,clarity and stability,PMMA remains,even today,the material of choice.
  
• No aging chances of the PMMA have been observed and no intraocular irritations have been traced back to derivatives of the acrylic.
• Its molecular weight and its grade of purity are exceptionally high.
  
• Clear PMMA material having residual monomer content of less than 1% is considered fit and good for implants.This is supported by certified results of residual monomer of the selected PMMA sheets or blanks.
  
• Selection of a better lens is considered the merits in terms of Biocompatibility of Material,design of the optic and haptic,ease of use through a suture less wound,accuracy of postoperative refraction and need of secondary intervention.
  
• Galaxy Lenses are met two important requirements.The first requirement is the biofunctionality of the lens design,and the second is the biocompatibility of the lens material during the life span of the intra ocular lens in the eye.
