- The benefit as an ordinary implant for distance vision is immediate,but accommodative and consequently near come in about 3 to 6 weeks.
- The accommodation is about 85 % of aximum target correction.The remaining 15% may need just a slight additional correction of about 0.5D to 0.75D.
- Bilateral implants are of course ideal and it should be done at a short interval of time.
- A rhexis larger than 5mm would make the capsular bag for weak to transmit the accommodative maovements to the smaller rhexis will give maximum elascity of capsular bag.
- The volume of the lens is like a natural lens;hence the insertion size can be between 3.3 to 3.5mm.
- using an injector will be much easier like a conventional foldable IOL's.

| THIN LENS DESIGN |
- The ultra thin lens manufactured by lathe cutting on the sides.
- The steps of curves at diameters are focussed on a single focal point,which should eliminate spherical aberration.
- Because of the lens volume,it can be injected less than 2.0mm incision.
- The steps of curves are cut on interior side.
- This is refractive design not like a diffractive(fresnel prism)design.
- The optical resolution(MTF)is much better than compares to Fresnel design.
- Because of the 6.00mm optic size it prevents PCO,edge glare and halos.
